I'm pretty new to mixing, I've had some success as well as some awful failures!
I have just received some cupcake world cappuccino intense flavouring and am wondering what I ought to add to it. Apparently it's a little rough, especially if not steeped long enough. I have FW whipped cream, DDL, EM, Bavarian cream along with quite a few flavourings from capella including v1 vanilla, French vanilla, caramel etc.
Most cupcake world flavours are used around the 20% mark such as the rhubarb and custard, butterscotch, Key Lime Pie that I have. Is 20% right for cappuccino too?
