Only got 3 pieces of 4 ordered - one of them wrong. Got a single 5ML tobacco instead of the 2 5ML Cola (High) that I ordered.

Just a (late, after a busy week (or was it 2?)) follow-up, got the rest of the order and some nifty freebees and a hand written note of apology. Much appreciated! Just want to restate, the only reason the order glitch got posted here was because the feedback / service forms were down - it wasn't any shaming exercise.
