Hi Dart,
Do you have tech drawings/dimensions and a materials list?
If you only have an idea and some scribbles on a bar napkin, you will need a designer first.
What is you budget for the project?
Where in the vaping world are you located?
Have you considered any "off the shelf" designs/options?
