I have another one I will be doing in the next week or so and I will update this thread with pictures on disassembly and reassembly after powder coating. No to bad at all, but the powder coating is a little thicker than the ceramic coating that comes on them.

Dude, that is sweeet. I've always thought the colors provape chose to sell were strange. Of course that didn't stop me from getting one of each, hehe.

how much did it cost u? how long did it take to powdercoat??

The powder coating was done that day, actually only took a few hours between acid washing, coating and baking. Cost wise was just he material and time, if you found a local shop there they would probably be able to do it for a reasonable amount especially if they did it at the same time as another job.

Powder coating is definitely way thicker than Cerakote and sometimes it hard to work with if you have tight tolerances. I coat with both weekly.
