Customer service at LF

I just wanted to drop a quick note with my recent experience with Liberty Flights.

I bought from Liberty Flights because of the reviews here on the forum. The customer service has been the best I have had anywhere. I had a couple problems with dead batts, and sent LF an email. Within a few hours I received an email telling me that they are sending a replacement...just like that!

I have always been hesitant with online buying but I will always feel secure purchasing anything from Liberty Flights. Thanks guys!!

Glad to hear it IYS. I was about to add their CS is just as good in the UK but they always seem to be out of stock of what you want.

I would like to add that is seems like the industry exploded since the new year. I am a new comer also I started in Dec. I think when some of the new laws and taxes went into effect in Jan, a lot of people switched to e-cigs. The goto venders, the ones that have risen to the top by their great service and product are getting hammered which I include Liberty Flights in that column. They are having to expand their supplies while at the same time watching out for Customs who have a tendency to seize shipments. I have also seen the tech involved expand immensely in the short time. I know I haunt the website waiting for some items to get stocked and asking the question when will it be there. I thought I was going crazy waiting for the Riva kits to be stocked. I know I stalk the mailman, I have a feeling they stalk their suppliers just as bad to give us the great deals and equipment. I just want to take the time to say thanks Abe and Ty for what you do and dealing with the crazy people like me.
