Customer service - change order

placed an order last night and checked out, but i change my mind on what i wanna get. Emailed customer service so they can fix my order before they ship out but no reply. So how to reach them ? whats the customer service email addy ?

What time did you check out? And do you know your order number? This information will help Red if he hasn't already figured it out.

yes i did emailed them, titled = my order number . I checked the item out around 10 pm ( if i remembered correctly ) 15 mins later i emailed them so they can change my order but no reply.

well if you havent gotten an email with a shipping confirmation # then most likely Chris canceled the order. Today was a chaotic day so he might have forgot to reply

Why would he cancel it rather than just make the requested change? Don't make him order again without getting that cleared up, or else he'll end up with a double order.

like I said it was chaotic today, stocking shelves with starter kits then my usual routine with the phones and stuff. All with something wrong in my neck was hoping to sneak into therapy today but I may have a chance to get in tomorrow.

You did. I was just ignoring you until you received the black blanks that I knew would be in by now LOL. I didn't really want white anyway but you can only clean cartos for so long, LOL. I did try to email you back to see about just substituting for prefilled so you'll probably get that when you get in.

Thanks guys, I cant blame the job for my neck hurting because I dont know exactly what caused it. But as long as things are running smoother now.
