So my wife started her new job and all the girls in her office that smoke are fascinated with the e cig.
They want one of their own. First one of the girls orders and then two others are wanting to order right now.
The first girl who ordered, her order took 4 days from order to ship. She just got it yesterday or today. Then she says Bloog contacted her and told her the order was shipped twice and she needed to ship back the duplicate. The implication being Bloog is going to charge the duplicate to who cc if they don't get their mistake back. Then her cartos came 0mg which is not what she ordered...
she's contacted customer service to get it remedied, that isn't why I'm posting.
It's is just embarrassing to recommend a company to these new "friends" and listen to their complaints of such a sucky transaction.
Common Bloog I thought you guys got your act together.
