Little to none. Made an order. Used previously stored correct address. Post office sent order to unknown location. Halo says sorry it is not our fault. We won't even call the post office to see where the package we entrusted the usps to deliver is located. Halo told me I am on my own. I ordered the juice to take with me to the hospital tomorrow when I have hip surgery. I can't do anything about it now. Live and learn.

Sorry to hear you feel this way! Unfortunately this is correct though, we have no control over what the USPS does with your package up until a point, if after a certain number of days it still doesn't arrive to you we can file a claim with the USPS and we will resend your package.

I don't know for sure how the package was labeled. I hsve to take halos word for it. I know I gave them the correct address. "Who is at fault". Unknown. Halo offered no help to me, their customer and promoter of their product. I guess I just wanted a little more from them
