We have just launched a customer support forum on COV.

(you can access it from the top navigation labeled "forum")
No need to sign up, if you have a account on COV you are automatically able to login to the forum.
This DOES NOT replace any of the other CS Options we have like emailing Bruce or using the ticket system
We started this in hopes that people will ask the more generic questions there and other can answer them or we can answer them, then maybe the next person can find the same answer there. Almost like a ever growing FAQ. It will work much like this forum here on ECF in that respect.
STILL if you have specific needs or questions about a order or something feel free to start a ticket.
We are also working on improving the ticket system. Customer Service is Bruce's #1 priority so we are working hard to always make it better.
