I want to mix my own juice, and am going to buy some unflavored nic juice. I think I'm satisfied at around 30mg. My question is, should I buy a bigger bottle of 60mg. juice or a smaller bottle of 100mg?

I was thinking with the 60mg. to 50% nic juice with a 30-40% cut with vg and a 10-20% flavor add. Does this seem right to achieve my 30mg range?
Then with the 100mg, cutting 3rds?

I apologise that I am having a hard time with the math on the different mg.s and longevity on the size bottles and different strentghs with prices.
(Now I hope I didn't just confuse everybody)

what do you recomend? Thanks in advance, Bryan :)

I would get the 60, the math is really easy if you just mix by ml. For example if you want 10ml of 30mg just measure 5 ml of 60. If you want 10% flavor add 4 ml of VG or pg and 1 ml of flavor so you have 10ml of 30mg juice.
5 ml of 60mg =300mg
+
4 ml vg/pg
+
1 ml flavor
totl ml=10
300 divided by 10= 30mg
If you want 20% flavor just subtract 1 ml from the pg/vg and add 2 ml of flavor.
I guess 100mg would be ok to but it would be really toxic and probably smell badly, don't get it on your skin. 60 would at least be an easy amount to use to get 30mg because you know all other additives should equal the amount of nic.

I think the 60mg might be the way to go as well if this sounds right??

125ml of 60 mg. or 60ml of 100mg. is samish pricing ( $1 difference)

seems like I could get 230+ mls of 33mg out of the 60mg 125ml bottle or

180ml of 33mg out of the 60ml bottle of 100mg.

if I did that right I should get way more of the same dosage out of that 60mg. 125 bottle??

When we say something is X mg, we really mean it's X mg per mL.

So the easiest thing to do is to multiply.

125 mL x 60 mg /mL = 7500 total mgs of nic
60 mL x 100 mg/mL = 6000 total mgs of nic

If the price is very close to the same, the 125 mL bottle of 60 mg juice is probably the better deal.

A 125 mL bottle of 60 mg stuff will make you 250 mL of 30 mg juice.
A 60 mL bottle of 100 mg stuff will (with more complicated mixing recipes) make 200 mL of 30 mg juice.

I can't remember who posted this calculator but I love it and use it often.

Ejuice mixing calculator

Ummmm Tod Muller....

That is a great one for beginners not alot to distract them.
I created the ejuice excel calculator when I am away from the internet and still need to calculate. See my sig line for the latest version.

brypauld - I buy based on price, but I limit myself to 60 mg because I know I'm not as careful as I should be and an accident will eventually happen and I will spill some all over or something and I would rather not die or kill anyone with nicotine. LOL If I had access to a dedicated area for mixing without random pets wandering through I would probably be willing to go stronger.

In any case..... I love Dan's calculator!!!
