I have several bottles of ejuice that are too high in NIC content......how would I reduce the NIC in these rather than throw them out. Want to go from 18 down to 6. I know I will lose some flavor but I have a few flavor only bottles I could doctor with.

Two parts no nic with one part 18mg will make 6mg juice. For the no nic you can use either VG or PG. I haven't seen it but, Wal-Mart is supposed to have VG in the pharmacy section. If you use straight VG, you might want to thin it with 10% distilled water. It's pretty thick stuff. The flavor will get really washed out but, you said you have flavoring.
For the sake of others that might not have flavoring around but have the same problem - most vendors have 0 nic in the same flavors. Use the same formula as Mickey says above in blending.
I'd really strive to get the no nic version of the same flavor, if you don't have your own add-in flavorings that are at least close enough. A 2/3 cut (1/3 18 mg/ml eliquid, 2/3 plain VG) will turn even a pretty high flavor eliquid into a "meh" one. A cut of 20% is generally manageable, but this is 67%.
