Cutting nicotine

If i have 120ml of 60mg nicotine and add a base of 120ml, my nic level would now be 30mg, and another 120ml base would now be a total of 360ml 15mg nic, correct?

Doest it matter what i cut with? VG or PG any difference when mixing with nicotine? Would 50/50 be ok?

First cut would be 240ml of 30mg nic but when you add another 120 ml you only get 360ml of 20mg nic. After the first cut to 30 you would need to double the non nic [another 240ml] to get 15mg

True. Half is half. I wasn't good with fractions in school, so I use a clacculator. Spelling is my stronger point lol.

Any preferences on cutting the nicotine with PG, VG, or combo? Would it make a difference in the taste or throat hit?
