So recently I purchased a Glass tank from Phiniac.com and I chose the 'Tall Boy' tank which I thought would be the right size for my XL cartomizers... Should've gone with my gut and just chose the XL tank, now all the pre punched cartos I can get from bigdaddyvapor.com are too large.

So my question to you guys is.. Do you know of any vendors who sell normal large cartomizers already pre-punched?

If not,

I've already tried getting a saw to try and cut a slit into a XL cartomizer and it didn't work out so well hehe

So any suggestions folks? What can I use to cut a slit in a cartomizer or even punch like a hole in one so I can use this with a tank?

Hope you all have a good day

I use a dremal with a cutting disk but i always feel weird for using it not sure tho but before that i just punched them with a nail and hammer, just be extra carful to cradel the cart so you dont dent it too much usually i wrap painters tape on either side i want my hole to be and wrap it close to where the hole will go. Oh and make sure its level so when you lay it on its side you can punch the hole straght. Just dont hammer all the way into it lol. Its normal to dent slightly but if your nail is sharp at the tip it wont dent it too much. I use large wood nails so im only punching with the taperd tip. Hope that helps.

Thanks showbizo, the nail and hammer trick worked out well. I also found out about Lowes and Home depot have whats called a 'Quarter inch saddle valve' for 6 dollars and some odd cents thats the way I've been using it for now. Thanks again Showbizo, and special thanks to Kenny at Kennys mancave for the tip on the saddle valve.
