AAAAAAAAAAAAA, mine should arrive tomorrow!!! Sorry to be an interloper in this thread, as I haven't posted here before, but who else would understand my excitement?

This will be my first big girl vaping gizmo and I'm really excited about it. I'm not new to vaping, but new to mods and vv. So I was wondering if one of you can point me to one or two helpful places to learn about voltages and attys? I've been learning mostly by experimenting and reading forums, but was hoping someone wrote up a nice basic starter instruction on the paring of voltages and attys.

tybin & bp400 - what are those tanks? And, sorry for my ignorance, but are those special tips or do they come with the tanks? They look integrated. They are beautiful. I've played with the clearomizers some, with little success. But I'm thinking about trying tanks. They look like they offer everything I'm looking for except I'm not sure if you can use attys inside? or does it have to be carts? I'm a dripper and don't like the fiber in cartridges so I'm hoping I can do the tanks without it.

Am I asking too much...sorry...just so excited about tomorrow!!!!!

Those are lava tanks, and they use cartomizers. There are other tanks that use CE2's, but they are no better IMO. Im a dripper too. The only real atty tanks are mwa's 306 tank, and the UFS/Oddysseus by GG.

OK, so I just figured out it's the talented Jonboy who's making these awesome looking tanks. But the thread is so long it's making my head hurt. Pictures would help, do you know of a thread that shows how it works? I just have the feeling it's what I've been searching for. And looks cool too! I'll do an extensive search on lava tanks now...no right now!!

It's hereeeeeeeee!!!!

1st of all let me say that I am Definitely going to have to lower the nicotine level in my juice! I've been vaping for about 10 minutes now and my eyes are a little crossed and my head is spinning  (and it's not all because I'm so excited). This thing is amazing! I don't even know what I was doing before with those small battery things.

I was also having difficulty with the 501 attys, I still preferred my 801s. But I got some 306 Ciscos and they are great too. Now that it all works I can start shopping for some cool accessories like tanks and drip tips. But really, what was I doing throwing money at those small ecigs?

Thank you guys for getting me my new rig so quickly and making such an awesome product!!!!! Happy now................

Hey didn't you make an atty tank a few months ago with a 901 and a VPX tank? Also that carbon fiber case you made looks awesome! really scared to take this thing outside, right now its wrapped in a velvet lanyard from another pv

Actually I made a tank with a 510 inside a tank. I couldn't get airflow with a 901 in a tank, because the hole in a 901 is where the airflow comes from. I AM however working on a new type of 510 tank, but no details yet.

Thanks about the CF case. Hehe I've been using mine since the day I made. The only time it comes out is to show off the Provari.

Right? You can't even comprehend the whole regulated VV thing until you have it. Now here's the fun part...You can never go back to a lesser ecig. You have been roped.
If by lesser ecig you mean an unregulated mod, I disagree. Until the 2.5a switch can be raised and the volts go higher than 6, you can't use many of the dual coil and triple coil cartos satisfactorily on them. I'm not bashing provari, I love mine the most even ahead, of the darwin...ummm especially ahead of the darwin...lol (aesthetics)...Provari was my very first mod and I have another one in the mail now too. But the unregs let you use various combos to come up with 3.7, 5v, 6v, 7.4 volt so depending on the resistance of your dual and triple coils, these are much better choices for these cartos except for the 1.5 DC, which can be used satisfactorily on the Provari. So you owe it to yourself to have at least one nice, even inexpensive, mod that lets you use battery combos to get all these voltage possibilities and at least a 3amp switch.

Meh... I'd say that's subjective. I agree everyone should try it, but it wasn't for me. I was thoroughly unimpressed with dual coils. Mostly because I can't get over the carto taste, but even the dual coil atomizer just wasn't my thing. I get my best vape from a HV Iken 510 atty. I get the most vapor from a HV 801 atty(even more than when I tried the DC's)

I do see your point though...Everyone should have said mod at least to experience those other aspects.

Right, obviously if you don't like multiple coil cartos, then maybe all you need is a VV. Yeah Iken makes good stuff, I have tried the cartos that are popular but not the HV atties yet.

I use my Provari with the Bulli A2 & Mark-T Infinity. The Provari's short circuit protection is very important with rebuildable atomizers. If I have something going wrong with my set-up, the Provari tells me. It allows me to adjust the power for any resistance I make my coil too. Constant voltage is the given...:)

How well does the Mark-T perform on the Provari? I have heard kinda mixed reviews on the Mark-T in general, especially for its price. Personally I am looking into the Oddyseus when it comes out for my rebuildable.

The Mark-T & the Bulli are basically the same thing, & just like anything else, some love it & others don't. There is a bit of a learning curve to getting it set up & working correctly, but it's nothing too difficult for someone with patience. I'm not a fan of the pre-rolled coils that come with the Mark. I'm very happy with the Bulli wick & rolling my own coils. I can roll a 2 ohm-ish coil easily & run it in the Provari at 4.5v+.

To me, the Odysseus looks like a potential PITA. I didn't care for the iAtty whatsoever. I much prefer the UFS on my GGTS.

As far as price...the Bulli is the best bang for the buck out of all the rebuildable attys, unless you want to include Genesis type. I don't have any experience with those yet. Waiting on the USA G-tank.

Of course...these are just my opinions. :)
