Hey yall
It's me again. Yet another story and lesson learned.
As yall know I built a heavy hitter "the Magnum" ( thanks madog) and when I built it I used a long manual switch. WELLLLLLLL today yesterday I was on a acid barge and had it with me in my pocket. I used to carry it dissasembled in a sunglass case but the rattle was too much for me today( I need to make a carring case for it ) so I had it put together in my pocket, well while I was hooking up and doing my thing I guess the switch was on and the button was pressed for a LONG time. Yep It melted the cart and destroyed my atty, smelled like 190 proof and still does. Had to do the hole job without my pv
and used more analogs than I wanted
I now need to clean it cause it is not getting a good contact with my only atty left.
Thank G-D I just ordered a new atty from widow, guess I should have ordered more LOL,
Oh well lesson learned at least I still have my 510 bat so I can ues it till I fix my magnum.
