John 1:12 (KJV)
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
– 2 Timothy 4:1-2

Genesis 1:26 (KJV)
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
– Psalm 34:18

Genesis 1:26 - Here is a huge mention of Jesus....."Let Us" .......who is Us? God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Now that is just the 'coolest!' So if anyone questions about Jesus in the Old Testament, the easiest Scripture is Genesis! It's as plain as the nose on your face. I love those!!! :)

Romans 12:1 (KJV)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas. And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
– Acts 16:29-31

Romans 5:8 (KJV)
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
– Deuteronomy 33:12

Romans 5:8 - Here it is.....proof that Jesus died for all the sinners from beginning to end, not just to those who accept Him as personal Lord and Saviour. If His sacrifice only counted toward those who accept Him, that doesn't seem quite correct. He covered everyone.....even those who never accepts Him as Saviour. He covered the sins of Hitler, Judas, Dalmer, Bundy, Saddam Hussein, and any other criminal that has ever lived. That wasn't fair to Jesus, in a secular light, but that's the way it had to play out because it wouldn't have been fair otherwise. Thank You for Your sacrifice, Lord Jesus. Thank You for loving us first.
