I just called live help because, even though I was sure Butter Cream had dairy in it, I wanted to double check. Turns out I was wrong. No dairy.

As dairy-based flavors always seem to need extra again, that got me thinking about which flavors automatically have dairy.

Definitely Dairy -- the product descriptions at tastyvapor.us say so
Bananas Foster
Cafe Macchiato
Cafe Mocha
Chocolate/Banana/Walnut
Pina Colada
Pistacchio Ice Cream
Pralines-n-Cream
Root Beer Float

My Guesses
Banana Cream Pie
Boston Cream Pie
Butter Rum (T.V. Version)
Cheesecake (ETA: Perfumer's Apprentice version contains milk solids)
Coconut Cream Pie
Dulce de Leche
Irish Cream
Peach Melba

Cappuccino (in CYO only)
Vanilla Custard (in CYO only)

What are your guesses? Then Geoff can come along and tell us we're all wrong.

ETA: Cheesecake, Butter Rum, Irish Cream and Butter Cream are both premium and CYO. I've always assumed the two versions are different. The premium ones are those Geoff has worked his magic on.

Like I said, those were guesses.

I've been having a hard time finding a coffee I like. I love coffee flavored stuff but pretty sweet and really, really light (e.g. I prefer Edy's/Dreyer's Coffee Ice Cream to Haagen Dazs'.)

Geoff tried making me some coffee "extra, extra light." I traded it to HaileyMadison who liked it a lot. This time I decided I'd buy a bottle of LorAnn's Keoke Coffee and add a tiny bit to one of the plainer flavors. I have Bavarian Cream and Vanilla Custard. The only other thing I could think of to add to the mix is Butter Cream. And that started the thought process...

Based on both the S'mores and the Fluffernutter, I'd say the marshmallow is a very unobtrusive flavor. When you think about it, that's true of actual marshmallows -- they're very, very sweet but don't have a strong flavor. So, if you are going to do a marshmallow combo and want to actually taste them, go heavy on the marshmallows and light on the other flavors.

Peach Melba.... uh oh if this has dairy I do not taste it.

it does!! hehe, the website states it and the picture on the site displays it. it gets drowned out by the fruit flavors most of the time, imho
I don't actually see "dairy" in the description for Peach Melba. That's why I didn't put it in the "definitely" group. (ETA: The food Peach Melba has ice cream in it. But the e-liquid? Kinda like cheesecake, it's hard to imagine they got the flavor right without dairy but the website doesn't confirm it.)

I didn't realize that Pina Colada needed to "rest" a few weeks and it tasted awfully chemical-like at first. I threw aside, like many of my "mistakes" and just now tried it yesterday (for the helluvit).

Wonderful! It's been sitting for one month and delivery took two weeks so that's a 6-week rest. It doesn't taste chemical-like at all and every time I inhale my mouth waters. It really is good now!

Chocolate 712: Is from Perfumer's Apprentice. A light flavor derived directly from cocoa extract. It has cocoa/milk chocolate flavor. This does quite well as an accent to liquids, more than a predominant flavor.

I see , I thought 712 meant milk chocolate not milk chocolate flavor.

TV doesn't have a milk chocolate, does it? I have a customized one (which took forever to ripen but now that it has, it's really good.

Chocolate 712/Dairy/Vanilla - Geoff's recommendation

Gotcha. It's definitely a lighter chocolate than the other two. I don't think you could use those to make a milk chocolate.

Milk Chocolate Recipe
1 gallon dairy base
1 quart sucralose sweetener
1/2 cup Vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon Double Chocolate flavor

Kind of what I'm planning to do with the coffee

ETA: I think Perfumer's Apprentice Sweet Cream is dairy. I ordered it. Apparently half the people love it and half think it's revolting. I'm in the second half. It tasted like that almost empty quart of milk you found at the back of your refrigerator when you got back from a three week vacation.

As much as I'd like to chime in, at the risk of divulging recipe components, thus rendering Tasty Vapor useless, I'll refrain. LOL.

Seriously, Wikipedia "Peach Melba". I love reading the history behind certain recipes as well as warming up to a recipe through someone's description of a dish. It kind of helps me put a passion behind it when I'm trying to perfect a recipe.

If you look at recipes for a lot of the stuff we do, I think you'll kind of find out for yourself what we do and do not use. The proportions of each...will forever remain a secret.

It never occurred to me for one second that you'd divulge the other ingredients, much less the proportions.

However from this I gather that if the food product involves dairy, the e-liquid probably includes dairy as well. Now I just have to figure out why Butter Cream doesn't have dairy (the icing has butter and cream.)

Ewww! Sweet butter milk! Or vanilla cottage cheese
