Greetings...

I ordered a starter kit from Regal eCigs last week and it should be here any day now. I must say that I'm enthusiastic about the whole idea but realize (after finding this site) that the journey is really just beginning.

My reason... To obtain a healthier lifestyle so I'll be around for my 2 month old daughter a little longer.

@ bsb111 - I've been smoking for a little over 10 years... a pack a day if I'm stressed. Started out with menthol because I loved the extra juice they provided but have been smoking Marlboro lights for the past 2 months as I try to ween myself off of completely. Decided to give the ecig a try in this effort rather than driving myself crazy going cold turkey.

Smoked Salem's for 20 years, 1/2 a pack to two packs a day - vaping menthol flavors really works for me. Started out at 24mg.,
am down to 12mg in just under a month, still need some nicotine and will probably hold at this level for a while. Went cold turkey for 2 years once - was not one day that I did not want a cigeratte. Vaping has changed all that for me.

Awesome... and congrats... especially on that 2 year thing. I think the longest I've gone without has been like two days before I broke down and had to smoke.
