I recently purchased a Kgo from Dark City Vapor. A few weeks after my purchase, I had some questions about it because it didn't seem to work as well as when I first purchased it. Not only was Bill a huge help, he was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with my Kgo at all, one of my chargers wasn't working and not giving it a complete charge.
