I have dealt with many companies in the vaping scene. The customer service from each and every company I have dealt with has been amazing. I have recently been communicating with Bill at Dark City Vapor and have never have had a better customer service experience. Considering the wonderful customer service I have seen, this is saying a lot.
He has gone above and beyond trying to make me happy. He even offered to take back a product for no other reason than I didn't like it (I declined).
I frequently comparison shop when I am looking for a particular item. He has some of the best prices that I have seen. At the time of this post he is selling an eGo VV passtrough with case for $17.95. That is half of what I have seen others carry it for without a case.
