Hello all! My first post here.:D Probably a stupid NOOB question, but my HALO E-juice starts out a light yellow-ish color and turns dark amber after a couple days. I see this is somewhat normal after googling my question, guess it is due to the heating of sweet flavors in the e-juice kinda like caramelisation? Do you guys normally replace the juice when it turns dark/amber? Is this what you mean when you say "GUNK" in the tank?:?: Do you need to clean the tank before you refill? Please Help! Oh, and my current set-up is HALO Triton system, 4 650 BATTS, 2 900 BATTS and a plethora of Juices. I seem to like the VOODOO juice the most.

It will turn that color in you're juice bottle as well. The higher your nic count the faster it will turn. You don't need to worry about it. When people refer to "gunk" in their tanks, they are talking about residue build up. You will see the buildup on your coils and the wick. They will look dark and crusty. You will notice that you are not getting the vapor you once were and the vapor you do get will have a burnt taste to it.

Again, VooDoo will turn dark quickly in the tank. And besides Belgian Cocoa, VooDoo requires the most tank cleaning than any other of the Halo juices. It does tend to gunk up coils. I can get 1 tank and a refill, then I need to rinse, clean. But it is yummy.

Very different than Torque or Prime, where I can go 10-14 days or more, and the liquid is still fairly clear.
