I'm not going to have time to get it anyway this weekend. That's why I wanted it today. I just got paid and I am working many hours the next 4 days. I wanted to have one for this weekend. I'm going to try to decide where to order from now and hopefully it'll be here early next week. I'm not messing with that shop anymore. I think they're going to be another failed business in the area.

Got three Isticks in the house all from FastTech. I don't mind the wait. Order most of my things from their. Got 28 vape sticks and twice as many rebuildable heads. They can wait six months to send and I don't care.

As statement above, not everyone wants to subohm. I have been vaping well over a year and have never found a need to subohm yet and have no intensions of doing it. I hate hot vapes. I always run extra long drip tips to cool vape down even more. CHEERS!

Same here about the hot vapes; I just keep my power below 11 or 12w and never have to worry about it -- with a 1.9 ohm coil. Usually prefer about 10w.

I ordered 2 more iSticks earlier this week. They are from vapenw.com.
iStick - $24.99
Includes the 510/ego adapter. Does not include the charger or micro USB cable.
Cell phone charger is a safe substitute.
Not sure if the beauty ring is included.
Leather Case/Lanyard - $6.99
Has the button cutouts. Silicone cases will be available soon.
Shipping - $6.00
I think it is a flat rate because it was the same before and after I added the cases.

When going to the checkout page it will show an amount for sales tax. Complete the "Calculate Sales Tax" amount boxes and the system will remove the tax unless you live in Washington state.

iStick by Eleaf Simple Pack (20W) ON SALE @ VapeNW com $24.99

I've been very fed up with my B&M and now mainly only use them to buy new heads. I did just buy my new iPV however since I was able to buy it with a 30% off coupon.

They are one of the biggest tobacco/vape chains in the country and everything about them is really bad.

They give newcomers very bad info and sell them really bad products which brings them right back to either buy something else or just go back to their tobacco products. Then they are trying to sell mechs to people who have never used them with potentially unsafe batteries.

They have also removed the majority of their normal juices in various strengths to push sub-ohm products with the exception of a couple Chinese brand and their premixed Mister eLiquid that I discovered they are diluting with a flavorless base.

I've tried to get them to carry higher strengths of certain liquids they sell and they will not. I've tried to buy 28g and 30g Kanthal and they will not because they claim nobody buys anything above 26g. They even just tried to sell me a DNA 30 clone that they are trying to pass off as Authentic.

It all really stinks and it sucks this company is so huge. For their popularity and 55 locations really makes it hard for some real competition. Going to a proper B&M is about a 20 mile drive, all while passing 6 or 7 of their locations.

There are three B&M stores here that I go to all the time. They're all independent businesses, and yeah their stuff is more expensive than online. But I look at it this way…do I want places to stay open, so that if I run out of juice I can drive 15 minutes down the street and buy some, instead of ordering and waiting? If so, then I should support them by sometimes paying the mark up, keeping in mind that they have to pay rent/staff/keep the lights on. I paid 50 bucks for my first iStick, because I wanted it in my hand NOW. The other two, I got from e-ciggity and paid 30 bucks apiece for.

I do really understand the frustration about stores opening whenever they feel like it, though. Our B&M vape shops here aren't like that…but lots of other places are, especially downtown. I don't honestly know how they can pay that rent and then never be open. Just a few months ago, I found a new cool shop downtown on Facebook, kind of a mixed bag thrift store/local goods emporium that seemed really AWESOME. I went on a Tuesday in the middle of the day, paid to park downtown, walked to the shop…and even though the posted hours said they should be open, they were closed. Tried it again a few days later, after calling and being told that they were open all day. Paid to park, walked to the store…note on the door "Sorry, had to close early!" I figured, well, maybe it's just the owner working there, maybe they had a family emergency, I'll try it one more time. Third time I went, posted hours claimed the place was supposed to be open, door was locked, no note, no nothing. I posted to their facebook page that I would really love to come there and spend money, but I couldn't seem to catch them open even though I was visiting during posted open hours. Never heard a word back. Surprise, surprise, the place closed a month later. Several other shops in the same area have been open for years with that kind of "eh, we'll open and close when we feel like it" attitude. I have no idea how they make it, except that they must be tax write-offs or laundering money or some rich chick's diversion. If I were you, I would at least give the shop a heads up on Facebook that you tried to go there and were told they'd be open and they weren't. It is possible that whoever owns the place had no idea that whatever employee was supposed to be working locked the door to go out to lunch for two hours or something.

I bought the istick from www.evape.us. They are close to me plus it was the full kit.
I have no interest in the 50W. I'm not subohming and I don't need that much power. I'm just an average vaper. I'm not a cloud chaser (don't think my lungs could handle it anyway).
Maybe in a few months I might look to upgrade but right now I'm happy with just an istick 20W. I just wanted something I could charge with a USB and that has a digital display so I'm not wondering how long my spinner will last. I do build my own coils and I like how the istick has a built in meter.
Like I said, I'm just an average vaper.

There are 2 B&Ms quite close to me, and neither really have anything I want, at the prices they charge; neither has any ejuice that I can vape. I did go up to my nearest one xmas eve, because I really wanted a red driptip, and also wanted to wish the proprietor a merry xmas; they were closing at 4 that day, but when I called and was told that, and I said well nevermind then -- it was quarter to 4 -- he said, well some folks said they would be here right about 4, so we might stay open an extra half-hour -- to me, that's how a business should act -- state their hours, but for regular customers, be flexible. I managed to make it there before they closed, so I got my red driptip, got to wish the proprietor a merry xmas, and tell him I had just hit 5 months smoke-free -- I've been visiting there since before I even found a really good juice, when I was still smoking, and then again in the summer when I had my month-long return to smoking and getting smoke-free again, so he knows that for me, 5 months is a big damn deal.

But as much as I like that store and the guy who owns it, I'm certainly not stuck with that store's products -- there's a whole internet out here to buy from. If you don't like the B&Ms near you, just don't go there. If you're that worried about running out of ejuice, learn to make your own -- you can make juice that's a lot better than a large majority of what's available to be bought, and a lot more cheaply, and it will have the perfect amount of nicotine and PG/VG for you.

I have a protank mini and I read that the adapter is crappy and can be screwed in too tight, damaging the pin.
I will just have to either be careful, or buy a new tank. I've been debating with the nautilus but I just don't want to spend that much. Saving money is one reason why I started vaping and honestly all I've been doing is spending money. Haha.
I buy my juice at www.killer-juice.com. On Thursdays they have select juices for $2.99. I usually just buy all the juices that appeal to me and even if I'm not crazy over them, I have them as backup. I'm not too concerned about running out.
I like the convenience of a B&m. Like I said, I wanted my istick before this weekend.
I asked the shop if they opened yesterday and no reply at all. I seriously don't see them lasting long and now because I do have my istick on order I have no reason to ever go in there. I like supporting local business but it has to go both ways. How can I support them if they are never open?
Do stores make money on juice? To me it seems like that would be the only option with being successful. Many people only buy one set up then won't buy another one until they need to. I understand marking up the prices of certain items but doubling and tripling isn't going to work. People will soon catch on that they can buy things cheaper elsewhere.

On a side note, I never smoked much, maybe 2-3 packs a week, tops. So right now, I don't think I've saved much money. A 10ml of juice could probably last me all week.

I haven't had any problems with the adapter at all with my protanks. Stores make a fortune on juice. Once you have been around awhile give the diy section a glance. Start slow and you can make juice for pennies. It takes a lot of research and patience but anyone can do it. Even by buying juice on line I saved money, but I was buying 5 cartons a month for decades.

You live and learn, just like anything in life. When I was new to this and didn't know anything, I got bamboozled into buying an MVP 2.0 for $70 plus tax and a regular Nautilus for $55 plus tax. Not that those are bad products, they're excellent for a beginner. But to pay almost 100% over MSRP just to have the luxury of buying it in a store instead of online is asinine. I turned blue when I saw what those actually cost. Needless to say, anything I've bought since is after careful research online.

Like I said, I don't Vape much or smoke. So as long as I can get my mechanics together, I hopefully won't be spending much on juice.
I use protank 3 minis and I do have a vivi nova S (I think, the one with the glass tank) but I don't care for it much.
I did find an adapter that has a bottom lip so you can't screw it in too tight but it's $10. I would almost just rather buy a new protank or something.
I might, maybe one day look into making my own. My brother vapes too and I think we could have fun mixing up our own things.

I decided that I would drive an hour today to stock up on HHV juice, wanted to know what they had in stock, and I got told I should drop my nic level because I just started using a kayfun..... Hmmm lol I just dropped smokes finally because of 12 mg and the kayfun combo....it's perfect! But the juice I liked in a glassomizer isn't as interesting. I'm looking for more complex to experiment with the kayfun flavor (yum!). It's not help if you feel your being told what to do, I have six mg for my omega to fool around with so I understand but I felt insulted a little bit, especially after they did not divulge the protank mini from a year ago I bought for $16 was a clone so that's why my tank cracked with their juice ( figured it out on my own). I was a newbie and Now I'm not....I'll stick with my local B&M, they are awesome, their juice is propietary so I'm limited but I guess it's better than having info pushed at me. The mark up is only $10-$15 bucks so I am lucky in that respect to.
It is what it is..... Local gets my buisiness customer service wins over juice choices.

I think there is a fine line between what small business charges vs what they should be charging and so many B&M's are in fact taking advantage.

$70 for an MVP 2.0 and $55 for a Nautilus is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason they can get away with it is because there isn't any proper competition to make them lower prices and most people getting into vaping have no idea about boards like ECF or the online market. All they know is "Cheaper then Cigarettes" and because of this, the stores can take advantage.

All 3-4 stores in our area get their supplies from same warehouse in Laurel and i dont know where they get it from.

The dude in College Park B&M knows all about latest gear thats coming out 6 month from now, hes like a Vaping guru and has deep roots in Cali vaping community. The store has an interesting juice selection that i havent seen before.

Hey, KGB7 - turns out we're just about neighbors. Did a Google search, and wasn't able to determine the College Park shop you are talking about, but am interested in checking it out. Can you give the name? If you aren't comfortable stating it here, you can PM me if you like.

Thanks
