I decided that I would drive an hour today to stock up on HHV juice, wanted to know what they had in stock, and I got told I should drop my nic level because I just started using a kayfun..... Hmmm lol I just dropped smokes finally because of 12 mg and the kayfun combo....it's perfect! But the juice I liked in a glassomizer isn't as interesting. I'm looking for more complex to experiment with the kayfun flavor (yum!). It's not help if you feel your being told what to do, I have six mg for my omega to fool around with so I understand but I felt insulted a little bit, especially after they did not divulge the protank mini from a year ago I bought for $16 was a clone so that's why my tank cracked with their juice ( figured it out on my own). I was a newbie and Now I'm not....I'll stick with my local B&M, they are awesome, their juice is propietary so I'm limited but I guess it's better than having info pushed at me. The mark up is only $10-$15 bucks so I am lucky in that respect to.
It is what it is..... Local gets my buisiness customer service wins over juice choices.

In the time since I first got a kayfun, I've actually increased my nic level, from around 9mg to around 11mg; I had to keep trying to find a way to vape less but stay satisfied, and increasing it, with a better atty, has done the trick. Now I'm also back on maintenance meds for my asthma, and between that and my more relaxed style of vaping, instead of clutching it to me greedily every minute of the day, my breathing is A-OK. Now I can vape as much as I like, because my asthma is under control, and so is the abstinence from smoking, so much so that I'm going to start gradually reducing my WTA percentage, until hopefully I no longer need it.

Other people really cannot prescribe the correct amount of nic for you; you have to determine for yourself what's comfortable.

Exactly. I've been told a lot of things but nothing really satisfied me like 24mg does even with a Kayfun. I experienced a bit of nausea for about the first hour or so but then I got used to it and all is good. There are actually times where I want to go higher. The hardest time for me is late at night. That's when I sneak in my one cigarette a day unfortunately.

I don't really have cravings anymore, thanks I'm sure to the WTA, but occasionally the thought crosses my mind -- so I let it keep on going out the other side. :D It's the way I learned to deal with thoughts of drinking, when I first quit, and for years afterward -- just acknowledge, yes, there's a thought, thoughts won't hurt me but consequences can, cravings only hurt for a minute, oh there it goes, bye-bye. :D My only serious trigger, if you can call it that since it doesn't actually provoke me to do anything, is probably just plain boredom; I don't deal with it well at all. I do something that may be stereotypical for a middle-aged woman, I google funny pictures of cats, with sometimes hilarious captions. I'm a late-comer to being owned by a cat, and I'm totally enthralled with the little beasts, thanks entirely to Zyrtec. Better living thru chemistry! :D

Lately I've also been quite entertained by googling vaping memes; some of them are just freaking priceless.

Well the cravings probably wouldn't be as bad if only the cigarettes were out of the house but unfortunately I can't seem to get my other half to make the switch. She smokes RYO menthols and I often times have to roll them because I do it much better. When she rolls them, the tobacco is too loose and falls out of the tubes after about four hours at work.

Sometimes they get unbearable but sometimes it isn't even the cravings. Sometimes it's me getting incredibly bored with the current flavors I have. I made the mistake of buying a bunch of liquid when I was first starting out, not realizing my taste buds would eventually change.

Now I'm stuck with a lot of liquid I no longer like or can no longer taste and get an earful from her when I buy a new flavor because I already have so much in the basement medicine cabinet.

Liked those pictures by the way. Especially the first one. I already had senior citizen call my boss and tell him I was smoking crack as well as an officer pull me over when I was using my MVP, stopped at a light.

Heh, I know what you mean. I thought that Virginia I vaped at first was the be-all and end-all; now I've got 60-70-80ml, hell I dunno for sure, that I know I'll never vape, I don't like the taste anymore. My husband doesn't really keep track of what I have, though he does get a bit annoyed about the bottles I have steeping in the cabinet, since he puts away the clean dishes from the DW every morning. :D

One of our friends said my sigelei+T3S looked like a pipe for that substance you mentioned; my husband and I replied in perfect unison "No, it doesn't."
