I don't know how to post pictures but today I found an old .45 scale master replicas Darth Vader lightsaber replica. I decided to take it apart and put an eGo-t battery inside and if I do say so myself it's beyond awesome. I now just need to grab one of those led clearomizers in red then it'd be complete! If anyone is interested in seeing it, shoot me an email and send you the pictures. Or if you want to make your own I can post directions here or through email.

Yeah I'll do that right now. Just to let you know I've only done it with Darth Vaders. I'd imagine it'd be the same process for the other ones but I'm not 100%.

Well this is the only one I have since I got a new phone.

But basically I removed all the screws at the top, took the top piece off and the middle box part of the hilt (no clue what it's called) then removed the insides, slid the eGo battery in, put everything back on and the screws tighten it down so it's not gonna move or anything. No need for glue or anything.
Wish I had more pictures to give a better idea of what's going on.
