i've been meaning to give props to Dawn for a while now, but my last order that just came in convinced me to get on it.
first: pre-mixed flavors are consistently great. i've started doing the DIY thing a little while ago and the flavorings and other supplies (vg, nic liquid, mixing equip., etc) are also top notch.
second: since her flavors are hand mixed to order, i don't expect next day service. i just assume it will take 6 or 7 days to get my package, and thats what happens. all of my orders have been 100% correct and packaged perfectly. plenty of little baggies and bubblewrap cut to fit.
third: freebies. i don't expect to get freebies whose total value is a high percentage of my order cost, but what i generally get is totally appreciated. i've found flavor samples that i would not have tried otherwise (and they were all great, even the 'sweet n sour' which i hesitated to try, just cause it sounded wierd). little samples of different cart filler material is freakin awesome. i hesitated to highlight the freebies 'cause i don't want people to order something small expecting to get a grab bag full of free stuff, but one must give credit where it is due. just getting anything more than requested is a welcome bonus and proves Dawns' (and let's not forget George
) commitment to the vaping community.
fourth: Flavorshack isn't what i would consider a bargain shoppers dream. It isn't expensive, but you can get flavors cheaper. i'm happy to pay more for the quality and good service tho (and really, its only a buck or two). yes, and the freebies...
yes, i am gushing. what of it? in my little world, one can't even get decent service from a real, live, face-to-face person. so yah, i get all mushy about someone who takes service just as seriously as their product. sue me.
