Congratz on quitting. It has been a month for me, so I can somewhat relate. I was able to quit from the first day and here is how I did it.
Don't linger around the old habit. Create/replace it with a new habit. Whenever I tried quitting in the past, I had two issues (beside the nicotine), craving for sweets and keeping my hand busy.
During first week, I went after the strong sweet juices and tried many many flavors. It was like discovering a new "food group" and I kept my taste bud busy all the time. The excitement of discovering new flavors made me forget about the analog.
Breaking the smoking routine (ex. stepping outside) was replace by trying out different stuff on the mod and atomizer. Tried setting different voltage/wattage against different resistance atty and juice. started with ProTank I, but added II, III, and iClear30s. tried washing and dry burning. I kept a list of stuff I wanted to try and did little by little when it was time for the "cig break". So, instead of "stepping out", I would pull out my took kit and tinker and put them back when I was done. now that I just started building RDA, this new habit/hobby has taken to the next level and I am really enjoying it.
hope this helps.
P.S. when I encountered a bad tasting juice, initially i kept on vaping it to avoid throwing it away. BAD IDEA! When you are just starting out and trying to kick the habit, don't force it. If the juice isn't doing it for you, throw it away (or save it for later to mix it with something else) and quickly move on to something you enjoy. Bad tasting juice wrecks the vaping experience and made me think about the analog. Juices are cheap and don't be scared to have a big collections of juice initially.
