Just wanted to share lol....my 3rd day without a clove....trying...still gotta get my blu carts low enough to attempt a clove juice....but atm i've been able to sneak enough flavors into my carts I'm vaping to get me along....
decided though I could have gone and bought some yesterday on my way home, not to.

Going to stick to my guns...now on to asking for advice. I so don't understand any of this quite yet lol but I think I want a tank system?

Something that I can easily fill, clean and swap out flavors as my fancy grabs me.
So...suggestions. I don't really care about looks just functionality. I'm gonna be doing my own ejuices.

I know to each their own...but eh...as stated need something to fill myself, I think i'd prefer a tank or similar something not involving dripping liquid onto a filler but simply putting juice into. And not too pricey or something that I can customize piece by piece...have my blu and I know a lot of people are down on them but once I plugged up the extra holes I can't complain too much, haven't noticed a battery problem but then I'm new so maybe I just donno....but might as well get something different and not a cig-a-like

I suggest you buy three items: Ego Twist, Kanger EVO, and a 510 Atomizer. The Twist is a great all around battery and is cheap. The EVOD is a great tank that's cheap and has very cheap replacement heads. The atomizer is good for tasting juices. Tanks are great for all day vaping but not great for trying new flavors. With the atomizer put a drop or two on it and try out the juice. Blow out the excess and move on to the next. Find what you like and load the tank up.

I would also buy two of everything. Having something break and wait for shipping is no fun. Batteries go bad as they are a disposable item. Tanks are plastic and plastic break. The chargers are pretty much junk no matter what brand you buy.

I agree get a couple twists or spinners and some Evods. Discountvapers has great prices on Evods and replacement heads and fast shipping. Cheack out deals and steals thread too.Always a plus to save some cash if you can.You should also get a rapid ego charger for twists or spinners .Good luck with new equipment !

EVODs and Vamo are the way to go. If you can wait a week or so give https://www.fasttech.com/ a try. They have the best prices, BY FAR, of other vendors. They carry anything you will need including the Vamo. With the Vamo all you do is set the wattage and forget about it. It will adjust the vv for you.

VV is definitely a step up. The Vision Spinner is easier to read / adjust than the Twist, and generally a bit cheaper for higher mAh. Either is a low cost entry into VV Vaping, which lets you fine tune for the resistance of the coil, the type of juice, etc. Yes, a button to push to vape, and closer in size to a Sharpie than a cigarette, but not monstrously large. Even the 1300 Spinner isn't real big. (Spinners tend to be shorter and fatter than twists of the same mah.)

The higher the mAh, the longer you can vape before needing to recharge. The very loose rule of thumb is 100 mah gives about 1 hour of vape time.

I've had decent luck with CE5s, which are top coil. Easy to fill, clean, change heads. (Easy to recoil your own heads, if you want to do that, but heads for most top ends are pretty cheap, so... )

Evods, T3Ss, and Protanks are all bottom coil, giving a slightly cooler vape. These are made by Kanger, and most of them have a lighter draw than CE5, Novas and the like.

For taste testing new juices, I actually just use cartos or Vivi Nanos. A few draws doesn't give me a long enough time on the flavor to really make up my mind, so I'm willing to sacrifice one if it comes to that!

looking up ego twist, does mah matter?

so twist would be an on/off switch as opposed to the cig-a-likes? and not really sure about variable voltage...I guess it makes since...

what do you think of the eCab?

or CE5

Yes, it will have an on/off button. Your higher quality/longer last batteries will be this way. mah is just based on size preferance and desired size. I use a 650MAH version. One will typically get me through a 12 hour work shift but I do carry a spare. It's the biggest I can carry in my shirt pocket. VV is the way to go so you can adjust between different resistance heads and carts. EVOD is generally viewed as better than the CE5 but it's a lot of personal preference. I don't have any experience with them as the EVOD has been perfect for me so no interest in really trying anything else.

anyone tried AltSmoke.com - eGo Spinner Variable Voltage Battery ?
I really like the orange color :D but seeing they state that it's not a genuine joyetech....just curious..

and of course with... $3.25 VIVI NOVA Detachable Electronic Cigarette Round Mouth Atomizer for Ego (3.5mL) - orange / 2.4
or $3.09 EVOD Electronic Cigarette Round Mouth Atomizer (1.5mL) - orange / 2.4

lol yes orange is my favorite color

or just go with the vamo v3 kit which is neat looking.

I don't have first hand experience with those AltSmoke batteries but they look solid, and that's a fine price. You will grow to love being able to adjust your voltage. Of the two clearomizers, I think the EVOD's perform the best and are the easiest to maintain, but others would likely disagree.

Good luck with whichever you choose.
