Day 3 smoke free, 2 weeks vaping, few questions including beer

Do many people experience weight gain when the move from analogs to ecigs? Other than having to push a button and a lot less concern about cartos leaking with manuals, what are the big differences between auto and manual 808d1 batts? What's the big difference in dual coil and single coil cartomizers ? Am I asking all the right questions for someone vaping for only 2 weeks, haha? The next one I know is a matter of opinion, but I would like to hear some opinions on this. I noticed today after have a few swallows of a lime light beer that my ecig was tasting very different, kind of nasty. This is not good because I have always enjoyed a smoke or two with a beer or glass of arbor mist. So in y'alls opinion what seems to be the best flavor juice to go along with a beer?

Hi Pam and welcome to ECF.
I prefer salty flavors with beer. Butter popcorn from TVR is really good. I think any nutty flavor would be good also.

I had a small amount of wieght gain, but I gave myself permission to not watch what I eat while I transitioned. Been almost three months, suppose I should prolly start watching again? Lol. We are talking less than ten pounds BTW.

Had zero weight gain and nearly zero nicotine cravings at the beginning, was just missing my Menthol cigis. I ordered non-menthol cartridges for the Greensmoke I started with. Moved to a Lavatube with all kinds of juices and got my feet wet yesterday by making my first bottle of DIY juice with 75/25 24 mg Liquid, Lorann Cherry flavor that I found at Hobby Lobby, and about 2 drops of Lorann Tart & Sour. I actually liked it! It was much better than any Cherry juice I had ever bought. As far as Beer, I have no idea, I do not drink much of that, haven't had any since starting to vape over 2 month ago. The only beer I drink is on vacation in Germany....... Not a big alcohol drinker anyways so I have no clue what would go with Beer or other drinks....

I think that what probably happened was that once you stopped smoking for a few days you realized how disgusting Lime light beer really is.

That's just funny, but really the sense of taste and smell are finally coming back. I guess in some situations that might not be the best thing, haha.

But I don't think lime beer was mentioned.

I like Johnson Creek Red Oak Domestic and Tennessee Cured with wheat, roggenbier and roasty beers. I would say tobacco flavor but they taste more like coffee or chocolate to me.

I don't know your other questions except I found I had to draw too hard and long to keep auto batteries going and they weren't consistent battery to battery.
