for those of you who use dual coil tanks how many times a day do you refill your tanks ? i myself refill usually 2 times a day maybe a third before bed is that normal or am i vaping too much? i usually chain vape is that normal? thanks in advance

There are different sized tanks so it's going to vary because of that, how much you vape, and the equipment you are using. I've got a 6ml tank on my Silver Bullet and go 2 to 2 1/2 days on a filling. If I were using a 3ml tank I'd be refilling once a day. You aren't supposed to vape them all the way down. As to whether you're vaping too much, some people vape 10ml a day. If you're feeling a bit nauseous or getting a headache you're getting too much nicotine and should either vape less or lower your nic level.

oh im using a 3.5 ml tank and no headaches just neck aches from my matress and also i do refill them before there completely empty and dont usually fill them up to the top due to the mess that sometimes happens u know liquid on the top cap and sometimes i used to flood the carto dont do that anymore thank god lol when im not at work i usually sometimes chain vape sometimes for hours at a time :O well no i think im exagerating lol
