I'm looking to getting a tank but im debating which one is best for my ego-T. Help?

Caveat - I have not used a tank yet - only researched them a bunch.
DCT - Ego's a bit weak for those. Ego is 3.4v. Dual coil cartos are two standard resistance coils (3 ohm) so they would barely get warm on Ego and at the same time use power twice as fast and have a chance of damaging your batteries.
I never heard of E-Turbo tank - looking at it.... no idea. Atomizer tank? I don't like atomizers so get someone else's opinion on that. I like cartos that cost $2 so you can start fresh every week or two. But if you can find them in stock for under $10 you could try it.
What I would suggest on Ego is a Boge 2 ohm carto tank - for example see the 2.0 Boge version of the J-tank at Electronicstix.com???

Well that's good to know because I wouldn't want to damage my ego that I just bought

If you really want to do the DCT tanks I would trust what dormouse says about the ego not being able to handle it. You'd have to get a bigger battery mod, higher voltage for that.
You can usually find standard, regular resistance carto tanks, not sure where all they have them, but you can find a smaller version at stormys vapor cellar. There are some well priced tanks to choose from. You should be able to use the baby notta(regular resistance) and the clear tube mod from stormys on your ego.

Boge is a brand, they are well know for making very nice cartos.2 ohm cartos work well on ego's
Vaporessence 3mL has some, stormys vapor cellar, Parks Vaping has LR Chibi Tank Mod (boge 2.0) and 1.7Ohm, and vaperfexion The Cartomator Carto-Tank - Vaperfexion different options and looks pretty sweet, If you do a google search of Carto tank you can find many different online stores selling different versions of tanks. This was just a quick list.
Another option for you is to make your own tank. This is very easy to do with minimal tools and skill. Heck I have no skills at all and was able to do this in approx. 15 minutes.

I've been using a DCT from Mad Vapes for 1.5 months. I use the 1.5 - 1.7 ohm pre-punched replacements on my eGo type batteries and get killer vapor, flavor, and life out of them.
I've used 1.5's from Avid Vaper(?) as well and they work very nicely, too.
The triple punched cartos from MV flood badly using Hangsen RY4 though. It's a high PG blend. I think the triples are made for high VG blends.
