Hey Guys after this last batch of carts I washed (the boil method) I can fill them and hear them sizzle but no vapor... Any ideas did I kill this batch of carts?
The carto probably probably still had water in it. They take a LONG time to dry. The last time I washed a carto, I blew out the excess water as best as I could and put it in the oven around 150 - 200 degrees for several hours.

they should still be ok. the sizzle indicates that there is still alot of water in them that needs to dry up. i could be wrong. same thing happens to attys, you gotta let um dry before priming them with juice. hope they still work.
I'm not sure about how humid it is in Va,but down here it takes my cartos days to dry. I did have the exact same problem you did, after letting them fully dry they worked just fine
