Dead Riva battery

About a month ago, I bought a 901 Riva battery from the US website, and (ironically), as I was starting to prepare my second order from LF, it stopped working without any warning.

I pop it on the charger and light comes on blue, but clicking the button does nothing. If I put my tongue on it, I can feel faint pulses coming from it, as if it's trying to unload it's charge (be it I press the button or not).

I understand that Riva batteries have a two month warranty, so I would like to know what the procedure for a replacement would be and if I would be eligible for it.

Now I am down to just one battery, and that makes me very sad. :/

You will need to contact their customer service via email. They will send a letter that you will have to print out and send in with the battery. Here's the email addy:

Just e-mail them about the problem. They will send one right out and the envelope they send it in will be the one you can use to send the old one back in. They have the best CS you can get.
