Deal on 4V Li-ion battery.... what do you think?

Been thinking about making my first box mod and came across this on a deal site...

Looks like it may be 1100 mah. Has V41100 on the side of it. Wonder how big it is?

Looks like it could be a good one to use. No specs listed so it depends how big it is and how much charge capacity it has.

I seen one at Home depot and it was quite a bit bigger than an 18650.
I think I remember someone posting a while back that it was an 18650
with a booster circuit to regulate it at 4v's.

The other thing to consider is, unless you plan on opening it up to re-wire
the pos and neg connections, you will have to come up with a bracket to
match the connections that are both on the same end.

just found this but home depot has a ryobi battery that is about the same thing ( if not the same). but cost more and a flashlight i was thinking about turning into a mod . but idin't want to get it if yall didn't think that the battery would not work
