I've just got my 18650 batteries and charger from Dealextreme, I placed the order on the 26th of September. I had to pay R60 to collect them from the post office after I faxed the invoice to customs. The cost of the order was $25, I also picked up a car holder for my cellphone. The batteries and charger seem ok, it's a bit of a wait for the order but the price is good.
