My wife and I are long time V4L fanz and we both really love premium caramel apple 36mg and I see that now we have WOW! Caramel Apple on the list, so we are left with a decision to make for our next order......I searched around a little and couldn't find anyone really describe the difference in the two flavors of juice!
Could someone please tell me if they are equal or totally diff. flavs and what is your opinion on them and also the WOW! Choco-Caramel-P-nut juice?! I really need someones opinion before we order !!!

I kind of liked the premium Caramel Apple, but I just received my order of Wow Caramel Apple, and it is my opinion that it is MUCH too strong flavored. I tried and tried, and finally gave it to my roommate who likes it.
So, no, they are not the same thing. Multiply the flavor in the premium by three and that is what the Caramel Apple Wow is like....seemed a bit light on the apple to me though.

I got a pack of Wow Caramel Apple cartos and thought they were really good. I'm vaping at 8mg currently, though... that may be a factor.

I found them to be much closer to a Red Delicious apple flavor dipped in caramel more than any other apple flavor I've tried. Usually you get a sour green apple flavor, real or candied, but green nonetheless.

They got a little rough on the throat for me after about a half hour or so of steady puffing every few minutes. But, I can easily set it down and come back to it later. We have a bottle of Sour Green Apple Premium juice we're using up by refilling these Wow cartos, and they refill nicely, still retaining some of the caramel flavor.

I haven't had the Premium Caramel Apple to compare those two... but I really like these Wow Cartos. Not an all-day'er for me, but it's a flavor I'll probably come back to again.

hmmm...sounds like it may be a little too harsh for me as well...I LOVE the premium C.A. and at times it can become slightly harsh on my throat as well,,but I still love it nonetheless!
The debate between my wife and I, she says it is sweet and just a touch of caramel,,,,to me I get the sweetness, but think it leans more on the "candy" apple side...both of which are yummy!
I am still looking at the Chocolate Caramel Peanut awefully close, I almost can't resist!!

I never tried the premium CA, but I think the WOW CA is pretty good, I find it to be kind of light and refreshing. The chocolate caramel peanut is great, tstes like peanut brittle to me. I didn't think it sounded all that great when i first saw it, but I was wrong. I also think it'll satisfy any sweet tooth.
