Just because sometimes we focus only on the negatives, it doesn't mean that we shouldn't praise the good things, should we?
So, I am inexcusable for not sharing my excellent experience with DeeJStuff customer service before!
Three months ago, I placed an order at DeeJStuff.com. The order was around $125.00 and my communication with DeeJ was great. He sent the order in two envelopes with proper custom's form description, all e-liquids were in zipped bags, wrapped in bubbles and then were wrapped again in another plastic bag with the air removed!
Everything were by the book...
Unfortunately, my packages were lost in the mail. No news about them ever since!
A lot of other suppliers would say "hey, what can I do, it was your decision to place the order and it is your loss"!!
Trust me, some have even said that to me before, and they didn't even take all the precautions that DeeJ took when sending the order!!
But not DeeJ, not a chance!! Guess what he has done... He re-sent the whole order once again using EMS!! The shipping expenses must have been more than the value of the order, but he went ahead and did that!!
Needless to say that I received everything within some days and I had the chance to enjoy his amazing e-liquids and all the other stuff I had ordered!
Up to now, I have dealt with more than 30 suppliers. I had my share of bad experience.
DeejStuff.com is one of the best companies I have encountered where customer service, quality and after sales support are concerned.
Thank you once again, DeeJ!!! You really rock!!
PS... I believe that somewhere out there, a mailman or a mail office employee is also enjoying my missing e-liquids.
I know that these e-liquids must get all the love and joy that they really deserve!!
But DeeJ, your e-liquids truly are a temptation to anyone!!!
