Deflective boge cartos

Hello,

I have brought several boge 510 cartos that has a very plastic taste when i use them. I usually put 15 to 20 drops juice in them and i vape @ 3.7 volts. I got a pack of SR blank ones from vaporkings and 3 of them had this problem. I also got some blank LR ones from altsmoke and all 5 of them have this problem. I also got some prefilled boge 510s from altsmoke and they work fine. Anybody has or had the same problems? Or am i just haveing bad luck with these because i love the boges when work

I have now used 20 boge 510 cartomizers and none have had any taste issues unless I let them get dry. I use them on an Ego and a Riva. It sounds like you are not using enough juice. 15 to 20 drops is only about half full. I get about 28 to 32 drops in a new blank cartomizer. The boge cartos do seem to take longer to soak the juice in than some others. When I refill mine I normally do 5 drops then wait like 30 seconds or so then another 5 drops etc...

I am using them now and havent had any bad experience with them. I drop 2 drops directly on the atty and use a drip tip. Taste great! During the break-in I'll drop 2 drops on the atty, 4 or 5 through a drip tip. Take 7 or 8 heavy non inhale drags, then drop a few drops through the drip tip and I'm off and running puffing delicious thick clouds.

I'm with Type0holic, the cartos are only half full. I've got up to 35 drops in a new carto and vape until I get a slight taste change. On refill I usually get up to 25 drops.

Maybe im doing it wrong, i have no problems with the prefilled ones. I will try to put more in. Thanks for the suggestions. I also noticed that when i take the cap off and look through the hole and turn the switch on, there is a red glow coming from the bottom

I have found the "condom" method the best way to refill the cartos and I fill from the mouth end, not the battery end. Have a look at the link below if you don't know this method.

The link also show the Taryn spin which helps get more juice in and through the fill. Sometimes I replace the spin with just a few flicks of the carto to move the juice to the battery end.

Solved: I put in 1.5 ml of juice in with a syring and let it soak in. It works great now, thanks for the suggestions! but now i feel like a dumbass and wasted 5 cartos

Glad you figured it out. Though 1.5ml sounds bit much. They're only designed to hold 1ml. lol

Yeah, i over do it with vaping sometimes.lol
