Don't know if this is the right place for this, but I had to share.... I was feeling very parched and dehydrated from all the vaping I have been doing and became very concerned... I have been guzzling down bottle after bottle of water and it seemed to just not quench my thirst and I was still feeling dehydrated.... I asked my mom (who is a registered nurse) what to do... She told me that coconut water is the better than plain water or any sports drink to rehydrate you... I have been drinking one bottle of coconut water in the morning and one at night and I feel 100% better! And my lips aren't even chapped anymore! Hope this can help someone else too!!!!
