So a few days ago they had their juices on sale so i contacted them about their 3ml size, if they could reduce the nicotine level from 18 to 6 for my order. They asked me how many i was going to order and explained to me that they have the 3ml sizes at 18mg, but if i left a comment in the comment box when placing my order they would take care of me. And that they did, all my 3mls (4 of them) are at 6mg strength. Thanks

Packaging: Bubble envelope but this is the 1st I have seen them come in a completely sealed pouch, you cant access the pouch without a blade (good way to tamper proof) and if that wasnt enough tamper proofness each bottle is sealed too (including the 3ml) so double tample proof (awesome in my book)
each bottle is labbles with strength, size, mix, flavor and the nice "Must be 18 or older"
So as far as shipping, customer service, packaging and all that, I am pretty pleased with my ordering experience
