I'm kind of interested in this as well. I placed an order for a Protege on 10/18 and according to the website the status is still in processing.

Contact them for sure. But I don't know if it is on back order or not. I know the protege is.
Wow... and you're still waiting? I would be on the phone to them well before now. Like I will be on Monday.
My mistake... I actually ordered to Protoge, not the Prodigy. I checked my account again and it says the status is "processing". I looked around some and I saw somewhere else that delivery is 2 to 3 weeks on the Protoge.
I guess I'll have to wait IMpatiently for another week or two.

I don't know how you were able to order a Prodigy. They stopped taking orders a couple of weeks ago. The new V2 is coming out but they haven't opened it up for Pre-order yet.
For Protege orders they plainly state a 2 to 3 week delivery time. They are just now releasing the second production run this next week.
I suggest both of you contact them at the address on their web site info@puresmoker.com They will clarify any mis-understanding.
Yeah, guys, if I'm not mistaken they're just now (as in late yesterday) getting them in and sending out just maybe the first 50 or so today. I'm thinking the rest of them are going out early next week, so I personally wouldn't waste my energy calling them or anything because they're apparently working on them just as fast as they can after they actually have them in their hands. Apparently, orders 20803-20891 (some of those may not be Protégés) went out today unless you also ordered a passthrough. In that case, they're waiting on the PT before shipping. Hope that helps a bit.
