I just received a 5 pack of the 510 delrin drip tips. They do not fit nearly as well as the Super-T delrin tips that I have used previously. The Super-Ts kinda click solidly into the atty. The EM tips that I just received not only don't seat solidly in a Joye atty but they pop off quite easily. The fit is better in the EM-LR510 attys that I got along with my tips but not by much.

Me thinks that either the tolerances need to be slightly less on the molds but probably a slightly more beefy O-ring to create a tighter seal would do the trick just fine.

When I drip with cartridges, and they become too loose, I sometimes press the top part of the atty on the table, to bend it a little. You have to be careful not to squish the whole thing, or bend it completely. Just a little nudge. This then makes the cartridge fit tighter again, since the top part of the atty is then not completely round. :2c:

IAMJO,

They are made for the EM Atty's, a sugestion to make em fit in your other Attys would be to take off your rubber ORing and throw on a bigger one, this will make them tight in any Atty, though they are for EM Attys

Yes,

they are made by Eastmall and tested and fitted for EM Attys

as has been said and suggested, ---

if loose on other makers products,
apply a smaller or larger - O ring - to suit. :)

As I mentioned in the OP, the fit is slightly better on an EM atty but still loose enough that I'd be worried about it popping off while holding between my teeth.

Once again, THE FIT IS NOT PRECISE ON YOUR OWN PRODUCT EITHER. I ordered 10 EM-LR510 atomizers with my drip tips and they DO NOT fit tightly inside.

This product DOES NOT work as manufactured with the very product that it was manufactured for.

It works perfectly well,
I think you mean it does not fit perfectly ?????

it is made to fit both the 510 and the 901 atty
the 901 is very slightly larger ---

so a bit of "middle ground " is applied in the making -
the drip tips i have here click right into the 901
and into the 510 attys -- both regular and LR attys.

so I am thinking maybe a slight difference
in the thickness of the O rings used in the manufacture ?????

so a different batch may be fractionally thicker,
and next batch fractionally thinner ?????

does that sound logical ????? we are talking millimeters here

of 2000 + sold ---

this is the first -- too loose -- complaint I have seen

I have seen one with -- too tight -- complaint also

The first 801 drip tip I've been using is now quite loose after a few days. I'll get back to you after further study. The 510/901 seems to be fine but they(it) are(is) rarely used.

this is for you Loghomeguy -- and also for -- IAMJoCanadian

well, hahahaha , ---

I (we ) ( you ) (they ) are all quite new at this (it) ( them )

so maybe there is (was ) ( has been ) (will be )

a few hic-cups for the first time out of the blocks,

I do understand that others have had some probs
getting the O rings just right for perfect fit.

But we will work it out-

mean time -- please give us a little help,

try a bigger or smaller O ring and advise us if that is better-

we are happy to make the changes if you find a better way.:)

when you bring us your advice and findings,

please remember to tell us if it is for the metal or delrin tips

and also which style -- model atty -

Hmmm thats weird. It has been sticking well on my LR 510 and regular 510 all the time. :D

Oh wait, i know. You have to let it vape for sometime so the rubber some how got stuck on the atty's wall. There's so much juice on the wall that make it sliperry. Put on it on for few days and it will be solid stuck on ur atty.:D

I think it should be ---
not be too hard to get it in there,
just click in, and sit nicely in there
no wiggles, and not slip out,
and if not, then we do need to look at a better fit ----

I think to try -- look in the gardening shop -----

these little ones would fit like on the gardening hose fittings maybe ??????????????? :)

I received a few with my last order and they click solidly into place on my EM regular and LR 510 atomizers, and 510 cartomizers.

Like anything else though, minute deviations in manufacturing are going to produce some that fit tighter and some that fit looser.

I agree with this, as I said -- mine fit and click solidly also --

and for most of us -- this is the case--

but if it is a regular problem - then yes - absolutely-

we need to look at it.

and this is what I meant about millimeters of difference
in the fit of the O rings and even the circumference of the attys.

if better than 80% are fitting ok, then we are ok,

but if less than that, then we need to look at a better fit.

After using the drip tip for a few days, nothing much has changed. I believe that it is not a defect in the actual mold but an issue of the O-ring needing to be slightly larger. Keep in mind that not everyone who buys these from Eastmall will post their thoughts or reviews on your products here or anywhere so it will be tough to extrapolate your 80% (since when is 20% failure rate acceptable?) satisfaction rate.

No issues with the 510/901 drip tips. The 801s click in fine but wiggle. How to correct that I have no idea as the 801 attys are tapered rather than straight like the 510/901s.

Yes, this is a hard one for sure,

but we all love the 801 attys anyway,

and a little wiggle is not hard to live with .
