Delrin Tip

I bought a reg 510 delrin tip and it won't work. It fits in the atty, but the very end just barely goes in, not enough to stabelize it. It falls out, I couldn't use it to vape.

Is this part defective?

No, it's not defective. Mine do the same. it's the o-ring on it. If you jiggle it back and forth lightly while pushing down on it, it'll go in just nice and snug. PM me if you have anymore questions.

First, make sure the Oring is on it (i have forgotten to put an o-ring on before, or possible i put the wrong size o-ring on) If it has the Oring on it, it sounds like its not getting pushed in all the way. You need to twist when inserting and insert it past the Oring. It won't fall out for nothing if inserted all the way. Sometimes it also helps to lick the oring before inserting.

See Pic below, the bottom tip in the picture is inserted all the way correctly.

Just a quick add-on to what David said even thought it's probably common knowledge.

If you need to twist the T Tip to get into the atty, it is wise to do it before attaching the atty to the PV, just to make sure you don't over-tighten the atty and possibly create a short.

I recommend removing it at night...Leave them in for a couple of days the orings can swell and they can be a beach to remove
