Does anyone use this company, has anyone heard from them lately? I placed an order on the 11th, on the 17th they said my order was shipping and tracking would follow...that was the last I heard from them, they haven't returned any phone calls or emails. I am not getting nervous that they are not terribly legit. Please share if you have any experience with them!

Sally called me tonight and offered to fill my order, or refund my money, she claimed that she left the orders in the care of two workers who dropped the ball, and she blamed her internet service for losing orders. I know she had my order about 5 days after I placed it because she emailed me about it so I really don't believe her. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I filled out paperwork with my bank to get my money back just in case she doesn't actually send it.

Update: Sally was to credit my account back on thurs, I have no pending transactions with the bank as of this am.

I'm not getting any response from them either. And I to gave them till monday to communicate with me or I'll be doing the same. BBB and contest the purchase through my CC. Its a shame but I only want my order or the money back.
One more update, I just got an email from Desert Horizon Vapor saying that they have credited my account back. The money is not actually there yet but hopefully soon, just glad this saga is over, can't wait to spend my refund at AIV!
You won't get a response, obviously but you can post in Negative Reviews. There are a ton of FastTech reviews there and they aren't a registered supplier either. It lets others know. Just read the stickies and follow the guidelines. No posting of correspondence. You can paraphrase but not post emails.
