Alright I thought I'd start this thread (of course without searching first to see if there is a similar one on the go.)
As a heavy vaper myself my dream is to have the drip > atomizer experience but without the hassle of manually dripping. Of course. And of course this is what products like MAP tanks and ego-t have in mind.
Here are the criteria:
a) NO fiber or burnable material anywhere near heat source (atomizer,) including the wick.
b) NO cup/resevoir at the atomizer where liquid can pool, be heated cool and be reheated.
c) Minimum tank capacity of 1ml.
d) Cleanable and with a minimum atomizer lifespan of 100ml @ a max cost of $15.
e) Possible to use an existing product and redesign (ie. 401 or 306 atomizer
)
f) Tank should be constructed from a non leaching matertial!
I am not a manufacturer or vendor of any e-cig product
So first of all we have an existing good (IMHO) opinion design of tanks in the ego-t. The way it is designed is to not have liquid suck back to the mouthpiece yet draws fluid through the intended drain. Seems adequate.
How could the wick be eliminated and replaced with a direct drop? Piezzo technology maybe?
