I have found a site that has actually made me extremely happy about being their customer. I expect quality product and I get it....fast. I expect friendly Customer Service representatives and I get it. I expect good pricing and I get it. What I didn't expect was the owner of the company would call out to all their customers and ask for their grievences and then, systematically, resolve them. My hats off to James at DFWVAPOR for doing this. You've have gained my respect and my business! Now, to Tammy who had the terrible experience a few months back, this is for you:

Thank you for taking a few moments to talk with me about our present issues. I would like to offer you a chance to save the ecig community. I will not request any previous post to be removed , comment to change, or feeling of hate to be changed. I have started this process without you in hopes you would be willing to find me and allow me to tell you the reason dfwvapor started and what we are about to do. If you would like to guide the process along. Judging by the posts below i believe you will understand my message.
