DHL shipping to Canada

I placed an order on the weekend, and qualified for free shipping. I received the notice it was shipped via DHL with a tracking number. You had mentioned in another thread that you were not shipping via DHL due to customs issues here in Canada. Has this changed?

yes. we did stop using DHL for a few weeks when we had problems getting orders through china customs with DHL. Last week we just fixed it and restarted to use DHL.
Hope you will get it fast.

same here, I was asked if I wanted the free dhl shipping, I said yes, figured whatever happened before was resolved, as I dont think HC would have asked otherwise. Hope it gets here soon, been stalking the tracking number everyday, I only ask becausse I am running on 2 150mah batteries with little juice, and a very used up carto I got from my friend, the atty's I have are even worse.

Cannot wait to try all of the new stuff I ordered.

Well I'm totally surprised. Hc shipped my order on Tuesday and I received it today! 4 days from China to Canada!

Apparently dhl can do something right.

lucky you! *shakes fist!* Mine arrived in hamilton this morning, but still hasn't been delivered. It was pretty big order though. A $321($371 without coupon) order consisting of 40 cartos, 5 batts, 1 passthrough, 16 driptips, 7 sleeves, and a couple other random items. Just out of curiousity, how big was your order, and was there any taxes on it?

They probably do not delivery on weekends, so I will probably get it on monday. oh well, could be worse.

Paid $4 in GST and duty, and a nice $10 processing fee from DHL. Gotta love how that works out...

Did you mean an order with DHL from us? How many days did it take to reach you after it was shipped? I hope to know more about DHL shipping and delivery there. so we can ship more orders with dhl to Canada.

Took exactly 4 days to reach me via DHL. Very good! Thanks again! Everything in my order was perfect! Small duty/tax and fee paid to DHL when it arrived, but no issues at all!

The only discrepancy I had was that the eGo Steel Sleeve Cone (Type C) does not fit a DCT tank, 3.5 or the 6ml. It said in the description that it would, but I just tried, and both of the type C sleeves I ordered, did not fit...not really a big deal, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.

I use the type c and type d sleeves and they work great with the tanks. You screw the sleeve onto the outer threads of your battery. You then screw on the dct tank using the internal 510 threads. type d is for the 3.5ml tank and type c is for the 6ml tank. It give your battery a much cleaner look when you use them.

could you try the sleeve cone again? type C sleeve cone can fit 6ml well. Here goes a picture.

If yours has a defective threading, please let us know. we will send you a new free replacement.

It works! My bad, the threading was just tough half way through, thought it stopped, but it didn't, just had to scerw it a little harder(that's what she said). Thanks peeps! Love all of the stuff!
