Diamond Autos

Hello All,
Ok so besides the fact that they are a really really good price. I just received my kit with two manual King Logos so it is pretty much 2 weeks old. Are there other reasons why it would be a good idea to purchase the Diamonds that are on sale today? Battery life expectancy, performance, bling?

SIC0 sir they provide a better draw, switch, voltage holding capabilities, and a slight gain in battery life over the original vapor king line. Up until the release of the new manual king diamonds, the auto kd's were all I used. Bump to ensue...

Thank you Mr. Morandir. On that note would you consider the auto KD to be on par with the manual King Logos as far as draw is concerned?

Better draw sir, but depends on what you look for. Manuals are a stiffer draw, would compare them to a 100 cigarette. King diamond shorties are truly like a regular analog. They have the best airflow of any batt I've tested thus far. The regular and xl's are a but tighter, but on a scale of 1-10, with a shorty being 10, the regular would be 8.5-8.75, xl 8.25-8.5. The manual king diamonds are right on par with the regular and xl auto versions draw wise. The old single logo manuals would get a 6.5-6.75 on that scale. Just keep in mind prefer an airy draw to feeling like sucking a bowling ball through crazy straw.

I have a shorty diamond auto and feel the draw is too loose for my taste (I get more air than vape when I use a given cart on that, then when I use it on say an XL diamond auto). That being said, is there a trusted way of tuning the draw to be a bit tighter? I pondered jamming a toothpick in one of the holes and breaking it off, but wanted to see what others have found works and does not damage anything.

Just to add a little: If you currently used 2 batteries to get through the day, it would be best to have a third just for back-up in case one goes down. So a BOGO sale just makes it all that much better. Don't be surprised if the Diamonds end up becoming your batteries of choice and your kit batts become your back-ups.

Plarkinjr sadly can't answer that quezstion. Know people who have done the toothpick trip, personally love the airy draw of the shorty. Never have an issue getting more air than vapor...
