DID..didn't have mesh so tried silica..

after my mesh mysteriously lost half it's size while trying to tighten it (must have broke)..today I decided to try silica while I wait for mesh so I can still use my DID..the results i'm pretty pleased with..really good taste and wicking..came out to 2.2 ohm..

Your still having issues? I got real lucky this morning with my new ihy. Rolled the wick wrapped the wire and bammo 5ml of pluid down already.

I have been using silica in my DID for awhile now. I like the 10 minute setup vs. spending all day yelling and cussing.

Nope since i moved to 30 kanthal it is all good, just thought I would give the silica a go, I have a bunch of DID clones sitting around that i don;t use.

yeah man I had the mesh working ok..but I lost half of it after trying to get rid of hotspot..dunno where it went lol..the silica works great while I wait for mesh ...good flavour etc!
