How can I tell the difference? They look the same, and taste about the same. Alot of sizzling goin on is about the only difference I see so far. Am I supposed to fill these up first? Not much flavor here..kinda smokey

if you are not sure if you ordered them or not go to vapor4life.com click my account and look at your order history to see if they say premium, if they don't say premium in your order history, for example Vapor king cinnamon roll is a regular cart.
There is no real distinction as of yet to tell the difference besides the snap crackle pop and some have rubber caps on the ends. I keep them seperate in my stash so I know the difference, also some of the carts are different colors then the old, but if you are new you woulnt be able to tell the difference really

Well, there's a difference in endcaps. Depending on what flavors you ordered, the premiums have either a white end cap that's glued onto the carto and can't be removed easily. The other prem end-cap is a soft rubber piece that comes off very easily and has no inner plastic ring, just one piece. If you have an old carto, then you'll have a two-piece end cap--inner and outer ring. Confused?

The premium cartomizer with a glued cap is longer than the originals. The premium cartomizer with the rubber cap is the same size as the original.
the rubber cap is the easy one to tell apart from the old/original ones, the other premiums have a hard plastic cap and the cart is a little longer....
There's also a length difference. Substantial with the hard-cap, minor with the soft-cap.
The soft-cap take a while to get going. When they do, flavor and vapor is substantially improved.

What are ultimate cartos? I cant imagine a much better carto than the new premiums they are outstanding !!! When i refilled the premiums the drop off in preformance was very little compared to the old ones .Has anyone ever asked if they are ever going to make a flavorless cart?
