It does sound like she's afraid of something new...
I did ask my doctor and I even took my PV with me to show him.
He was very supportive and encouraged me to get off cigarettes completely as soon as I can.
Anyone else actually ask their doctors opinions on ecigs vs cigarettes?

I have and my Doc thinks they are a great idea. He is a fairly young man so that might make a difference.

if she was even more obvious she could say; if you dont switch back to analogs you'll die.
i pity her attempts to talk down on vaping while analogs are so much worse , chemically speaking.
if someone wants to stay analog let them be ignorant ( no offence intended )
and if someone wants to vape instead of smoking , let them take in there nicotine in a "healthy" way. (no offence intended, lol )

She is def not trying to make me go back to smoking lol. I mean they still get business from the other half of my household ( wife still smokes). I think she just got the wrong info from a person that society looks at as highly educated (and we all know that doctors are always right....sigh).

My Dad used to say "The most valuable thing I learned getting a Ph.D. at Carnegie Tech is that you can be a damn fool and get a Ph.D. at Carnegie Tech."

I'm constantly astonished at how many people think that education == intelligence or wisdom. NOT! You need both. We always get our doctors by recommendation from other doctors we have had good experiences with. They actually partied separately! The good ones lived in walking distance to the hospital, and the ones with closed ears lived on top of a mountain ridge at least an hour commute away, in $million houses.

Bear in mind that Ms. Dimwit works at a gas station, not NASA. There are probably many reasons for that.

As someone who frequently finds himself on Cornell University campus - I completely agree with the above!!!
